Riley Orovitz

Riley Orovitz is a Staff Writer for Grandstand Magazine. She is a second-year student at the University of Florida. She is majoring in journalism with a concentration in sports and media and earning a certificate in sports management.

Riley began her sports journalism efforts at UF through WRUF last fall as an NFL beat writer and is now covering the Gators men's basketball team. As a reporter for The Independent Florida Alligator, she reports on the Gators swimming and diving team and Gators football.

Riley is from Weston, Florida, where she grew up attending Miami Dolphins games. Her passion for sports has led her to aspire to become an NFL beat writer in the future.
